Ruth (Teji) Dilley

Mental Health and Wellness Team

Ruth (Teji) is a social worker, yoga therapist, and massage therapist. Ruth has provided massage therapy, group yoga, and private yoga therapy sessions for more than twenty years. She has facilitated workshops on holistic health and meditation, and co-directed a yoga school.

An animal lover her whole life, and with horses in her life for forty years, she knows the value of companion animals, and how horses can contribute to our mental health and well-being. As a result, she studied how to incorporate horses and other animals in therapy and was certified in equine-assisted psychotherapy in 2013.

Currently, Ruth offers massage therapy, yoga therapy, and client-centered, trauma-informed psychotherapy for kids, adolescents, and adults at her office on the farm at Red Horse Center. Ruth accepts most forms of insurance.
