Red Horse Center for Collaborative Leadership is working with donors and community organizations to raise funds to help nonprofits and other groups strengthen their collaborations through Discovering Your Herd workshops.

The application
The application below asks about your organization, where it is based, who to contact, what your team is working on, and what dates might suit. The page confirms on screen when it has been sent.
Organizations applying for scholarships are requesting assistance with fees related to workshops. There is no financial commitment involved in submitting an application.
What the workshop includes
Selected organizations receive funds towards registration fees for workshops that include the following engagement:
- Exploratory Session: 30-60 minutes with team leader or decision maker to establish scope and overall objectives
- Pre-workshop Survey: An email survey to all participants that introduces the upcoming workshop and requests reply to four to five theme-oriented questions.
- Full Day workshop: 10 am to 5 pm in Fennville, MI – Lunch is provided
- Post-workshop survey
